On the "about us", I thought FOE in the actual game said it was "Formido Oppugnatura Exsequens", whereas Foedus Obrepit Errabundus is the BGM title, if I remember right. Course, the latin translation is pretty similar, something along the lines of "Nature's ancient warriors" while the Foedus is as you said
