Additional Rule to all Forums as of 7/4/2013:

Do not post raw data from the client in the form of XML data dumps, raw XML source diff dumps, etc.
Information can still be shared if you can process it to make it relevant and clearly understandable.
Only under special conditions can source code/raw data be posted, as a way to clarify or reference specific issues.

Example: G15 NPC outfits had different versions and this issue could seen by looking at the source XML data. In these kinds of situations you may post data to support your information sharing.

Just for the record: This rule was not created due to any interference by a 3rd party; this is something we feel is right based on internal discussion. While we don't agree with Nexon's hard-line stance against looking at data inside the package, we try to find common ground and have helped them out with reasonable requests and other issues in the past. As such, we won't prevent people from posting testing data or package data--just don't do it in the form of posting raw data directly. At the same time we are not going to stop Nexon from examining our activities, since we are here to help. They're welcome here just like everyone else. We believe we can find common grounds of understanding... eventually... if not already.

And I apologize if this frustrates some of you as your post may be locked or removed, but I kinda wanted to have this post before people voice their opinions. Sorry this took a few days to be carefully thought out.

Once again, thank you for your understanding.
