Once you gift an umbrella to a maid... how do you get them to open it up?

That was a rumor at high level affection is possible through action.

I don't believe is possible for them to open it.

What about the option of proposing to them(at what favor level do you get it?)? How does it work when you marry them? Can you divorce them? haha

In the other versions, close to max. When you start the conversation with them the "Propose" option will appear similar to "Salary" option that only appear under certain condition.

As far as I know you can press it but they will reject you all the time say they need to think about it etc.

Repair Rate Increase from Disposition Bonus Confirmed.

At 30+ point, Clothing/Acc. Repair Rate +1.

Figured I'd also add things about the Accessory Gear now since is released.

The carriage is 3 person ride (Partner + 2 Players), the broom is 2 person (Partner + 1 Player)

You may give both type vehicle to 1 partner or you can give 1 vehicle to each partner (if you have more). They will not share the ride though.

When you want to use the vehicle, simply summon your maid and press the "R" hotkey for ride (or whichever key you assigned to).

If you given your partner 2 vehicles, it will choose the transportation you used last. If you wish to switch, right click on your partner to change the form of transportation you want to use.

You may not enter homestead when you are riding on the transportation, but you can leave from homestead when you are riding on the transportation.

Favorite Level Bonus (Conceited Personality Maid)
Disposition > 10 = Action: Sit and Play
Disposition > 20 = Action: Dance
Disposition > 30 = Repair Rate + 1% for accessory / clothing
Disposition > 40 = Action: Cheer
Disposition > 50 = ???
Disposition > 60 = Action: Pray
Disposition > 70 = Gift: Receiving Gift

I suspect 80 is gather bonus... we'll see.

50+ unlocks Gift: Receiving Gift for Clumsy Maid

Removed Saying like gift +2 point, because apparently it doesn't.

Also, complete partner quest in double rainbow will also give you double that exp. e.g. 200k -> 400k exp.

I suspect 80 is gather bonus... we'll see.

at point > 80, cloth repair +1% (97%), gather x2, action: pose(boast body) is gained.

At point > 90, minor dialog change, nothing else seems to change.

Re-adding this +2 point for liking gift, seems the +2 point is random.
