By Request, here's the collection list of transformation for each rank (No NPCs), You need to collect a certain amount at each level then you can rank to next rank. The ones without collection dots are transformation you automatically gain when reaching that rank.

In addition, when pressing alt it will show whether if the monster is either: Already Collected, Not Collected Yet, or Not Collectable.

You will be also able to filter the collection list to show certain rank of monsters and etc...

You must be at least that rank level or higher to collect the monster. e.g. you won't be able to collect monster in rank 1 if your transformation is only at rank A.

Counts, same with the one in Grandmaster I believe.

Is not as easy as you'd think (note the image title) because in JP they have:

The actual "active" transformation bonus is not 80% of your total protection, it is 80% of total "transformation protection" you have. So, there's a total of 9 protection monsters to collect therefore the max protection you can get from transform is 9 * 1.8 = 16.2% protection + whatever protection you have normally, same applies to every other active bonus. Not saying is impossible to get 100%, is just that it will be a bit harder.

And here's a tip also... you can turn on mana shield before you use transformation skills.
