Is been a really long time since anyone done a detail and extensive guide so... here is THE homestead guide after level 12, in one sentence:
93 Scarecrow (360 Kon) + 248 Flower Pot (360 Kon) = Level 15.

93 scarecrows = 651 stones (7 stones ea)
248 flower pots = 1240 stones (5 stones ea)

works out well on me, I have 2k+ lol

So what you're saying is spam practice scarecrows til 13, then spam flower pots? (Also Sky, wouldn't it be practice scarecrow rather than normal ones?)

Practice Scarecrows only give 50 kons. The "normal" ones give 360.

He forgot to account in the maintenance stone fees for it, but it is not much I am sue he has enough. If you have enough stones yea (Which you should... If you been diligently collecting the stones even after reaching level 12). It is just the fastest method, give with enough stones it is possible to reach with in 1 Day.

And yes, it is Normal Scarecrows not the Practice ones and Flower pot is even better with space and maintenance fees.

It's easy enough to avoid maintenance fees. Just delete them before the day comes up.
