First:Counter with Critical Hit -> Black Succubus Blouse (Space: 2x2)
After:Fireball -> Black Succubus Skirt (Space: 2x2)

*** Red Succubus ***
First: Smash with Critical Hit -> Red Succubus Blouse (Space: 2x2) ※Normally Need 122%↑ Crit When it is not receiving bonus from Yellow Succubus
After:Thunder ->Red Succubus Skirt (Space: 2x2)

*** Yellow Succubus ***
First: Lightning Bolt with Critical Hit -> Yellow Succubus Shoulder Pad (Space 2x1) ※Magic Critical Rate Need 102%↑
After: Smash with Critical Hit -> Yellow Succubus Boots (Space 2x4)

*** Pink Succubus ***
First: Firebolt with Critical Hit -> Pink Succubus Blouse (Space 2x2) ※Magic Critical Rate Need 115%↑
After:Smash with Critical Hit -> Pink Succubus Skirt (Space 2x2)

*** White Succubus ***
First: Smash with Critical Hit -> White Succubus Shoulder Pad (Space 2x1) ※Critical Rate Need 147%↑
After: Firebolt with Critical Hit -> White Succubus Boots (Space 2x4) ※Magic Critical Rate Need 132%↑

*Only Rabbie Adv for 8's Succubus Drop These Items When You Open the Boss Room Alone

Sorry for necroing, but is it possible to use Frozen Blast to lower their protection and get the item?

I don't see why not. However, I haven't heard anyone tried it as of yet, but it should work.
