Chinese Dragon Set

So... I'm trying to figure out what enchants are allowed on each piece of this set (elf). I guess my main question is:
Will expansive go on the gauntlets? Will steel needle work either? And what type of headgear is the helm treated as?
Thus far, I've discovered that the boots are to be treated as clothing as fleet is not enchantable >_>
