While there are no other files related to Sword Art Online found in Mabinogi NA's files, in the recent patch of Mabinogi Korea (Mabinogi Dream: Master Chef) 2 out of the dozen files related to SAO were spotted, implying they were accidentally left there.
They are c4_sao_gmcard_i_01.dds, which is an inventory item icon, and male_c4_sao_heathcliffh08.pmg, which pmg model of Heathcliff's hair for male elves & humans.

Will it come out for NA?
Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on the amount of demand the fanbase of NA has for it. Most likely not, as stated by Yoorah.

1) We have not gotten past anime adaptations, likely due to licensing issues. As such, we probably won't get a SAO crossover.
2) Since it was not translated, there is nothing to suggest that we will get these items.

Of course, there is always the possibility that we will get them slightly modified, with different names (think Commerce Partner, etc).

And just a note: We discourage the posting of unprocessed info from the pack files. As such, stuff like item IDs or whatever are best excluded. See this post.

I'm gonna pretend we are getting this for a bit. I'd imagine humans could get the best benefit considering they'd release a new watered down gacha with a minute chance of getting both of kirito's main swords, or it'd be neat to have em both dual wielded similar to master chef's dual blades. I'd love to get Asuna's rapier because all other rapiers are neigh impossible for me to get. All in all it'd be neat to have.

Translations on their own may not mean much, yes. However if one were to be guessing whether it's more likely or less likely that something gets released, whether something is translated or not would be one piece of the puzzle, so to speak. In this particular case, because the strings weren't even touched, it suggests that NA has had nothing to do with them yet. Had they been translated, it would've indicated that they may have plans to use them for something.
I'm not worried about hyping the SAO fanboys, I just think that we should do our due diligence not to mislead people. Where information is of uncertain nature, it is best to clarify it as such. :) I'm sure yydzh already knows.
