Zero,Hero, and elite hero Character Cards

So what skills come pre ranked if you don't any of the hero destiny for instance what will happen if you pick the range destiny what skills will come preranked?

None, the preranked skills only apply to hero talents. (And only apply to Hero/Elite Hero Cards, not Zero. Zero only gets its three respective skills at rF if you choose a hero talent.)
