Is there a way to get to the giant rebirth area as a human without a friend having a butler mount (to get a dye from rebirthing)? Summoning capsules don't fulfill this purpose, but what was the way people used to do it before partners were released?

I dont know if housing transport works anymore but that was the old way to get there.

So what you're trying to do is paid rebirth to get a dye, but not accept one from the human areas and instead go to the one in physis for the giant dye list?
