Is a boost to talent bonus not the music skills themselves, and NA has no talent system; they are not related at all.

I thought I already said it:
Talent Titles are... title for display only, they do not add any bonus. They are separate titles in addition to the existing prefix and normal title. You can switch it once per day.
You can use all of them at the same time, the existing image display for title with image display such as black dragon moves to the right hand side.

only 4 requirements type from rank F to rank 1
1. do commerce
2. do commerce and gain 100 ducats in 1 trip
3. do commerce and gain 1000 ducats in 1 trip
4. do commerce and gain 5000 ducats in 1 trip

So if I gain 5k+ in one trip, does it train all 4 requirements?

Depends on the rank.
Like rank 1 to get master title is just 600 trips with over 5k ducats gained.
Only a few ranks have 2 or more requirements per rank

How do you gain knowledge of the Commerce Mastery skill? Just go into commerce for the first time after the update? Commerce mastery looks really easy to train, but that AP requirement...

Is a mastery skill... you learn it through doing the task like all the other mastery skill. Egg mastery -> pick an egg, Sword mastery -> equip sword, Commerce mastery -> do commerce.
