Shapeshift Mastery:

Stamina Gain - 0 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 5 / 5 / 5
HP Gain - 0 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 5 / 5 / 5

Bonus While in Transform State At Rank 1 (not collection bonus): HP +40, Def +6.

Passive Transform Bonus from Collecting Certain Creatures (4 Types): Life, Str, Pro, Def Type: +1.

Active Transform Bonus from Being a Certain Creature (4 Types): Str Type, Str +25%, Life Type, HP +25%, Protection Type, Protection +80%, Defense Type, Defense +40%.

Skills available in Transform State: Smash, Defense, Counter, Windmill, Rest (Some may have less skill or no skills at all and may even be unable to attack, this list is the skill that "may" be available when transformed.)

*NPC transformation is obtained through cash shop item.

Total: 385 AP, 57 Stamina/HP, 24 Str

Shape shifting skill require Dreamcatcher to use, Moonlight Dreamcatcher is sold in ducat shop for 800k.

Master title allow transformation into Shamala.

Demonic Hellfire Cylinder: 36% Fire Efficiency**
After Upgrade: +8 Fire Dmg
*Require Level 15 Battle Alchemy Talent

Demonic Abyss Cylinder: 36% Water Efficiency**
After Upgrade: +12 Water Dmg
*Require Level 15 Battle Alchemy Talent
**No special 1~4 upgrades for cylinder, assumed it will have normal elemental cylinder upgrades, here only listed after the 0th upgrade effect.

Demonic Scales-Eye Lance: 64 Dmg, 8 Crit, Level 3 Pierce,
After Upgrade: +28 Dmg, +6 Crit, + Level 1 Pierce
*Require Level 15 Lance Talent

Demonic Death Penalty Sword (2Hand): 71 Dmg, 40 Crit
After Upgrade: +30 Dmg
*Require Level 15 Combat Talent

Demonic Death Knight Sword: 49 Dmg, 16 Crit
After Upgrade: +44 Dmg
*Require Level 15 Combat Talent

Demonic Solitude Knuckles: 54 Dmg, 31 Crit
After Upgrade: +45 Dmg (o_O;;) -2 Durability - 8 Crit
*Require Level 15 Fighter Talent

Demonic Countless Bow: 32 Dmg, 23 Crit, 2400 Range
After Upgrade: +32 Dmg
*Require Level 15 Range Talent

Demonic Gloomy Sunday: 12 Dmg, 18 Crit
After Upgrade: +17 Dmg, +10 Crit, Music Buff +14, Music Duration +10, Durability -2.
*Require Level 15 Music Talent

Demonic Illusion Handle: 24 Dmg, 12 Crit**
After Upgrade: +30 Dmg, +1 Crit
*Require Level 15 Puppet Talent
**No special 1~4 upgrades for handle, assumed it will have normal handle upgrades for 1~4, here only listed after the 0th upgrade effect.

Demonic Nightmare Dreamcatcher: 31 Dmg, 13 Crit, +10% Shapeshift Collection Rate
After Upgrade: No upgrades available

Demonic Infinity Staff: 25 Dmg, 22 Crit
After Upgrade: +16% Magic Attack
*Require Level 15 Magic Talent

Demonic Fear Shield: 5 Def, 3 Protection
After upgrade: +15% Passive Defense on melee or range or magic OR +2 Def, -1 Protection, +15% Passive Defense on melee or range or magic
If Using Artisan Upgrade: +4 Def, +2 Protection, +10% Passive Defense on melee or range or magic instead of 15%.
*Require Level 15 Combat Talent

All Demonic Can be enchanted, upgraded, S/R'd but cannot be turned into spirit weapons. All the after upgrade listed here takes the ideal path of maximum damage and does not include Gem Upgrade ,S/R Upgrade, or use the Artisan Upgrade (Except for Demonic Fear Shield have it listed separately).

Shadow Mission Requirement Changes:
Basic -> No Restriction
Intermediate -> Have a Level 5 Talent
Advanced -> Have a Level 8 Talent
Hard -> Have a Level 11 Talent
Elite -> Have a Level 1 Talent, Have Pass
Lord -> Have Level 15 Talent, Have Pass (Every Party Member), Pass can be gotten in hard difficulty shadow missions and limited to 3 per day (resets at 7am).
3 New Lord Missions:
Image Protect Abb Neagh Merchant Transport
Image Prevent Fomor Revolt in Belfast
Image Secret of Scathach Cavern

Other Changes:
G9~G16 Mainstream Changes. (Added AP rewards for quests, those who complete the quests before will receive the reward but can't do it again like G1~3).
Lowered Exp Need for level to gain easier APs. (~45%)
Daily Quest that give AP is added.
Guild Battle Changes. (Player now gain exp base on their points, e.g. 2500 point-> 25000 exp, Title remain the same unlike in testing, Mechanics remain the same)

Are the demonic weapons egoable? I doubt it.

Also, what are the bonuses to the demonic cylinders, I don't believe I've seen that anywhere.

36% elemental efficiency and higher crit.
