Fixed dye colors can be changed through synthesis with special formulas (...save those ugly fix dyes?).
Formula is 2 Fixed Dyes + 1 Garbage Herb + 1 Unkown Ore

Hum... I wonder if we get a random color outcome... or get to choose a color.

Updated the Busy title's effect and how to obtain it on the opening post.

Hmm... the Busy title sounds sexy...

But how is it possible to do 3 ptj in one Mabi day? Because sometime when I finished my first one, and went to different NPC for second ptj, she/he won't give me one.

Possible Reasons:
If is the same type part time job, you can do it only once per day. (e.g. You can do Qilla and Dunbarton Part Time Jobs to get 20 holy waters(10 each) because in Qilla it is healer Part Time Jobs and in Dunbarton it is church Part Time Jobs).
The Part Time Period for the Jobs has already ended could also be another one.

But an easy one to do would be Walter -> Glenis -> Nerys in Dunbarton.

Now as for my question:

Do you know how often they spawn? Is it like once per real day? Maybe when the server changes to the Next day 12am PST?

I'm not sure how often they spawn, but I've happened across two in the first day or so. One was a fox, no exp obviously, but also no drops.

The second was an Ancient Sulfur Golem. Imagine my surprise when him pop up. The down side? Took me forever to kill, and I didn't even get a message on the kill. I'm not sure how or why, but no exp, no message, no drops. Basically the same as if someone non-existent had the finish on him.
