For existing players: When the register character's total level subtract with the total level at time of registering is greater than 200, you will be rewarded with a random double enchant scroll (Spark Elementalist), (Synergy Lifesaver), (Conceptual Avenger)

For new players after updates: When the register character's total level reaches 140 before event time is over, player will be rewarded with a Labrador Retriever

Is a scroll with 2 enchant in it, you have to burn them out, both is 100%. And the enchant rate is the same as the normal scrolls. These were release in gacha boxes before in some servers.
