r8 muh ghost team idea
Mega gengar, chanedelure, sableye(or spiritome), aegislash, golurk, trevenant.

Not expert on ratings (plus generally rating consist of move sets, but I think that is dumb, is like showing your strategy to your opponent.), but looks okay. I don't like Trevenant though it seems fragile to me maybe try Gourgeist?

And I think Lyrrad is running a full Eevee team... will at least 5 anyway.

Trevenant seems surprisingly semi-tanky almost like Golurk here. I must say his STAB moves look pretty nice and can be utilized well against opponents he can survive.
edit: but o wow, Gourgeist looks like a better version of Trevenant. I'd say Gourgeist looks better and has more variety to be used for depending on the size.

I was thinking Sableye was the fragile one.
But a better utility and good special wall would be Jellicent imo. Plus it would add water to the team. If opponent puts in a special fire sweeper (which is pretty common I must say if it's not some Blaziken/Charizard X) against her Trevenant, she could switch in to Jellicent pretty safely.

Also aren't the legendaries restricted online?
they were in b/w1 and i didnt play enough of 2 to see online in that one.

Only in tournaments/cups I think? And I didn't finish 2 yet... which I should.

It depends on the tiers, ain't it? Most people online just follow the meta if they want casual: http://www.smogon.com/bw/tiers/

Most legendaries are in Uber tier, some in OU. And some birds are in like UU or somethin =''=

In the bigger official event ones usually I think there's no pokemon banned? Not sure. But I think some tournaments that's not as big have some bans.

Depends on the rules set up, they do restrict moves and certain pkmn:
e.g.:
-The following Pokémon cannot be used in this competition: Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Chatot, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon
Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom
Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect

-Pokémon may not use the move Sky Drop or Dark Void during battle

And sometimes they don't restrict any PKMN at all, and I believe the general battles doesn't restrict anything, there's no so called "tiers" in the official tournaments.

And he didn't fine one, he bred one after 10 boxes so he says. Except it didn't get nice iv bonus.
