1) While summoned in Commerce, will her summon time be used?
2) What about if she's on your back?
3) Does she have to be summoned before dieing for you to be revived?
4) If you have more than one of her, can you use the revival more than once a day?

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) Yes, seems that it's once per real day too.
4) No idea but I guess you could. You'd have to summon the Menma that hasn't used up her revive ability yet most probably
