What about the Black Dragon Anniversary thing in JP?
Something about collecting Black Dragon pieces and creating a sculpture and then taking to an NPC for a gift box?

I don't believe that's JP's event... I think is related to unreleased Gachapon which is Gilmore's Birthday Box. Or, at the very least, is not a released event anyway, and probably is like Bone Fragment from Cromm Event.
