I wish Nexon america got it together so that they could do promo's like this. Doesn't Nexon get the rights or something to use it in the game anyway? so couldn't it be transferred to america because they have the rights or dose it not work that way?

No one ever said US won't have it... it goes both ways...

What will determine if vocaloids can come stateside is if nexon is willing to pay for the rights to utilize the vocaloid assets within the game. I think Yamaha owns it in japan, but not sure about the american right holders. Last I remember, Toyota secured the american rights for some car commercial if I remember right? I haven't kept up with the crap at all, so if you feel like digging, you can find out just who has the current legal rights to the vocaloids.
