Sure hope that means a training pot that is able to train any skill and not one that will train all skills upon use...

Or maybe it's like the current skill training potions in that in only affects the training rate, only non-discriminatory on skill type.

More likely that's Complete Skill EXP Potion, an item that gives 2x skill training to every skill for 7 days after use and stacks with normal skill exp potions.

8th Anniversary Event Memorial Title Event.

Players can obtain 1 of the 2 titles depending on conditions met.

1. Who Doesn't Always Need Help

2. Who Doesn't Always Want to Help

Players who have not logged in for a period of time will obtain title 1. Player who have been continuously playing will obtain title 2.

Event Process:
Event NPC will sell Quest Scrolls, which will reward Anniversary Stamp Token upon completion. These stamps can be used to level up your title through different stage. Below is the list and requirements:
Title 1 Stage 1: no effect
Title 2 Stage 1: no effect
Title 1 Stage 2: All Stats +10 -10 Stamps
Title 2 Stage 2: +5 Max Dmg +1% Mag Atk -10 Stamps
Title 1 Stage 3: All Stats +15 -10 Stamps
Title 2 Stage 3: +8 Max Dmg +5% Mag Atk -20 Stamps
Title 1 Stage 4: All Stats +20 +8 Max Dmg +8 Mag Atk + 8 Alchemy Attack, while title equipped character height not effected by aging -100 Stamps
Title 2 Stage 4: +15 Max Dmg +8% Mag Atk +5% Gather Speed +8 Alchemy Attack, while title equipped character height not effected by aging -100 Stamps
