[CH Update] Prepare your wallets?

New updates for the CH server and there's very interesting things.

1. Metal Toolkits are implemented for the CH server, although it is only at G14S3 phase.

2. New premium service package. Same price with 3 new features:
a. 1/2 the dura lost on equipment.
b. special VIP only daily missions (Meaning 2 daily missions in 1 day from 1 Board, so total of 4, all being different missions).
c. unlimited continent warps.
(No, this may or may not be the "revamped" premium service).

3. New Sing in the Rain Premium Character Cards.

i really havent been keeping up with nexon very well lol
