Similar to the FMA project, clothing and things in the anime will be made available in game, and of course...Japan Only.

The hair style and such I cannot say, but on the clothing there are chances. Why? because devCat likes to recycle to "copyrighted" items and re-modify them and release it as another item.
One of the example is just the look at the newest Voight Gacha Box, it is the remodified version of Shakugan no Shana Items from JP.
It is not coincidence when you start comparing them together. I am surprised no one mentioned it yet though...

There will also likely be specific titles and enchants introduced with this coming tie-up.
Just like the case with FMA tie-up.
Though, why AnoHana....Wouldn't Spice & Wolf fit the theme better (Trading)? ._.;
There goes my dream of having Horo Partner Card. xD
