No, but your point on you don't need 100% completion to get title is wrong. You NEED 100% to get the title, the system is now treating player with old training req. on their EXISTING rank, but displaying new training req. regardless which ranks the players are in. In other words, your title training is based on old requirements, which you obtained 100%.

It is also why you can't rank your composing, because that training req. doesn't exists in the old training req. It does this because it would be unfair to players who already obtain the master title to do the new req. but what they messed up is that they should only do it to players have skill at rank 1 not every single rank.

And when I said EXP reforge having no effect at all I meant no effect as in you wont even see the EXP increase as in if you equip a EXP reforge you will see the req. exp in display window changes, but at at rank 1 it stays the same.
