Yes, they also have a kitty-maid headdress, but that doesn't show up in the creation screen for hair-purposes.

Depend on how much "little" taller you want it to be. 174 is about... almost 1/2 head taller.

This is 180cm vs. 17 age (do note the shoe height)

So... is up to you, but I believe 168 is around character's max height.
